横田大輔の新作写真集『Untitled/Photographs』は、2021年４月にrin art associationでの展覧会「Photographs」に出展された新作『untitled』を、アートブックとしてエディットしたものです。
横田はこの数年間で、ポールハフアワードや木村伊兵衛賞など、国内外の賞を受賞し、今、最も高い評価を得ているコンテンポラリーアート写真家です。
彼のクリエイションは、写真のもつ「物質性」をラディカルに掘り下げています。今や伝説的な写真集となった『site/cloud』から『color photographs』、引き続く『Matter/Burn Out』そして、昨年発表した『Broken Mirrors 2020』では、その実践を見ることができます。
最新作を収録した写真集『Untitled / Photographs』は、写真の乳剤と定着剤、漂白剤を組み合わせ、横田大輔が「描いた」絵画（そしてその消滅）とも言うべき、ユニークで野心的な作品に仕上がっています。

Daisuke Yokota’s “Untitled/Photographs” is new photo book of his latest work “untitled” which was shown in the exhibition “Photographs” at rin art association in April 2021.
Yokota is one of the most highly acclaimed contemporary art photographer of today, having won several national and international awards over past few years, including the Foan Paul Hu Award and Kimura Ihei Award.
His creations radically delve into the materiality of photography. His practice can be seen in his now-legendary photo books "site/cloud", "color photographs", "Matter/Burn Out", and last year's "Broken Mirrors 2020".

His latest collection "Untitled/Photographs" is a unique and ambitious work that could be described as a painting painted by Daisuke Yokota, combining photographic emulsion, fixative and bleach, and its disappearance.
