磯部昭子
武蔵野美術大学造形学部映像学科卒業。広告や雑誌、CDジャケット等の撮影を手がける傍ら作品制作を続けている。最近の展覧会に、SOM GALLERYにて個展「透明人間」（東京、2023年）、KYOTOGRAPHIEサテライトイベント「KG＋2022」（京都、2022年）、松本市美術館×松本PARCO「パルコde美術館」（長野県、2021～2022年）など。主な写真集に『VIDEO LOOP』『ALTER EGO』などがある。

Akiko Isobe is probably the most representative photographer of "Tokyo photography" today. In the vortex of information and consumption, she creates her own "fetish" world. For her, these stylists, the models with their hair and makeup done, and the goods sold in the supermarkets are all equivalent. She expresses with humor that there is nothing inside the glittering surface. We discover the new erotic power that a fast-moving consumer society produces.

She graduated from Musashino Art University, Department of Imaging Arts and Sciences. She has been creating her works while shooting for advertisements, magazines, CD covers, and other media. Her recent exhibitions include a solo show “Identity” at SOM GALLERY (Tokyo, 2023), KYOTOGRAPHIE satellite event “KG+2022” (Kyoto, 2022), and a group exhibition “PARCO de MUSEUM”, a project by Matsumoto City Museum of Art and Matsumoto PARCO (Nagano, 2021 - 2022). Her major photo books include “VIDEO LOOP” and “ALTER EGO”.
